Data may change or contain errors (price, area, permits, availability, taxes, utilities, zoning, coastal\/setback rules, etc.).<\/li><li>Images, floor plans and renders are illustrative. Only the final signed documentation controls.<\/li><li>Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.<\/li><\/ul><h3 id=\"sec-6\">Engagement, Fees &amp; No Agency by Browsing<\/h3><ul><li>Browsing the Platform does <strong>not<\/strong> create an agency\/brokerage relationship.
